So I’m two months post-baby. And I’m somewhat happy with where my body is, considering I’ve yet to do any real exercise. (Does lifting the remote count?) I believe the breastfeeding helped my uterus contract quickly and I’ve maintained healthy eating habits, but there’s still that remaining roll (I affectionately call it my spare tire) that mocks me in the mirror. Threatens to not flatten. Laughs at me as I squeeze myself like a sausage into my pre-preggo jeans. And I want to do something about it. Something in addition to getting my booty back on the treadmill (which I’m doing this week- I swear!).
A friend told me about Brooke Burke’s belly wrap. Apparently, if you wear it, it will tighten your tummy. In the past, I probably would’ve laughed if someone had suggested something like this to me. But I’m now just desperate enough to try this. And you never know, it could help? Brooke Burke has had four kids and she looks uh-maze-ing. However, I realize she could just be a freak of nature who created the belly band for everyone else in this world who wasn’t blessed with her genetic make up. But I figure it’s worth a try.
I sheepishly told the hubs I was ordering it. He kind of smirked at me and told me I did not need it (isn’t he sweet?).
But I ordered it anyway. Cause that’s how I “roll”. Wink, wink.
I’ll let you know what happens!

Very interested in whether it works! I am 4 months post from twins and feeling the same way!
