Gray has started to get a little obsessed with playing games on Noah’s iPod or my iPhone, and our Wii is (wink wink) broken, so I was determined on our trip to Barnes & Noble yesterday to find him a book that could actually keep him busy other than just looking at pictures of Star Wars characters and telling me every tiny detail about them. Help.
We picked up Flip-o-storic and this book was made for kids like him- any kid you know that is big on learning and also creating and also laughing hysterically at the crazy new animals they’ve made up.
Oh, this book does have some pretty good educational material to it, too. At just around $15, it’s the perfect gift for the next birthday party you’ve got to go to. I am sure it will be the biggest hit with everyone in the room.They’ll all want a turn! The possibilities are endless at what extinct animal they can make up.
We love flip book and the boys love animals so this would be a big hit in our house. We do have a flip Elmo book that has been through both of the older boys and Baby Boy is just now starting to enjoy it. I need something different for the bigger boys so I may have to look into getting this one. Thank you for sharing it with us!
