I just picked up a fantastic book titled, Hot (Sweaty) Mamas: Five Secrets to Life as a Fit Mom.
Honestly, a book I never thought I’d need- in a million years.
But as I write this, my almost nine-month-old daughter is in an ExerSaucer in my office because it’s the only way I can get any writing done.
So needless to say, with writing being a main priority, exercise has become virtually non-existent. (Boo!)
Before baby, I was a total gym rat. The kind of naive gym rat who spoke of her future mom self with absolute certainty. Saying things like, even when I’m a mom, I will never miss a work out.
Bah ha ha ha.
Well this book is written by a couple of fitness bloggers who have advice about everything from working out when you don’t have a lot of time to preparing healthy foods for your family.
Hot (Sweaty) Mamas is a must-read!
